All frameworks, methodologies, documentation, and logic structures defined within Sales Source Code (including The Confidence Engine and The Qualification Razor) remain the exclusive proprietary property of our organization. You are granted a limited license to execute these frameworks internally, but you may not repackage, resell, or publicly distribute our source materials.

2. System Usage & Beta Access

Access granted during our Beta phase is heavily provisioned and subject to revocation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or indefinite access to the infrastructure prior to version 1.0 deployment.

3. Limitation of Liability

Sales Source Code provides high-leverage frameworks and intelligence. However, closing deals requires human (or agentic) execution. We are not liable for lost revenue, stalled pipelines, or misapplication of the provided methodologies.

4. Protocol Updates

We reserve the right to patch and deploy updates to these Terms at any time without prior runtime warning. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest compiled terms.
